This is possible the biggest update to Virally since we launched, so I wanted to break this down and walk through each new update and explain briefly why it’s there.
I’ll dig more specifically over each update in the coming days. But for now, enjoy! And don’t forget to signup for your free 14 day trial account, including full support! Read More

We’ve had an amazing response to our Beta accounts. And we’re learning a lot more about how different teams and organisations would like to use Virally, and how it fits into their current business process.
To help make every Virally experience a lot more valuable, we’ve decide to remove the automated signup process, so that we can tailor each new account for every organisation.
We’ll still be offering free 14 day trials, and we will completely support you during this process. Drop us an email or checkout the signup page here.

We understand that Virally is currently a little light weight on user documentation, and to tackle that we’ve been offering unlimited, direct email support with the founders. However, sometimes this isn’t convenient. You need to lookup the answer, and see it now.
So we’re proud to announce the launch of our Community Answers site.
You’ll need a Virally account to post new questions and answers and the Virally team will be monitoring it around the clock, posting answers and helping where we can. This is also a great place to give feedback on ideas for Virally, feature requests, tips on getting the best performance on campaigns, bug reports etc.
This doesn’t affect our complimentary Email Support, that will still continue. But now you have more options for support.

The results were better than we could ever have hoped.
We saw conversion rate increases ranging from 122% to 200%. We saw clients gaining leads in new places that we never thought of before. On these results, we decided to raise more seed funding from angel investors, and built the new Virally that we’re launching today at the USM Corporate Social Media Summit Europe (B2B & B2C).
